gotan pays tribute to an infinite and evolving coffee Culture served in unique atmosphere along with fresh food options.
Our well trained Baristas (some are a bit weird, some are too obsessed) are constantly trying to push the envelope in the art of coffee.
Our kitchen is light and seasonal with an emphasis on fresh vegetables, made to order dishes, vegan options, healthy bowls and one of a kind pastries.
At gotan, we are simply passionate about the good things that life has to offer.
Since our inception in 2014 we established a partnership with Counter Culture as our roaster, and we are proud to continue to serve Counter Culture coffee for almost 10 years.
Each day we strive to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience. We offer a distinguished product, a dramatic yet comfortable and intimate space and communal tables.

gotan started with a simple idea: great coffee deserves great company. Since opening in 2014, we've partnered with Counter Culture Coffee to bring something special to New York City and Northern New Jersey.
Our baristas know their craft inside out, pulling shots that hit just right every time. But coffee's only half the story. Our kitchen turns out seasonal dishes packed with fresh vegetables, grain bowls that actually taste good, plenty of vegan choices, and pastries that sell out fast for a reason.
Some come for a quiet morning routine - others enjoy our communal tables and enjoy an inspiring place to work remotely in town.
